Certification status — read before you activate

- Certificate of compliance
- Not granted. Field-test approval is a stage in the process under Regulation 40; it is not certification, and we do not describe it as one.
- What the regulations say
- Regulation 37(1) of the Digital Health (Health Information Management Procedures) Regulations, 2025 provides that a healthcare provider or health facility shall not use a digital health solution in the provision of healthcare services unless the solution has been certified by the Agency. The transitional provision in Regulation 45 applies only to solutions already being provided before 11 April 2025.
